1. Marketing Services Refunds: Due to the nature of our marketing services and the immediate commencement of promotional activities upon payment, we do not offer refunds for any marketing services. Once we begin the marketing process, we are unable to retract any business, leads, or exposure that have already been generated.

2. Magazine Ad Refunds: Our team initiates work on magazine ads immediately after payment. Therefore, we do not provide refunds for magazine ad placements. If circumstances arise that necessitate a change, we can postpone the magazine ad to a later date, but refunds will not be granted.

3. Consulting Services Refunds: For consulting services that involve strategy calls and initial planning, a non-refundable consulting fee of $150 will be charged. If a client decides not to proceed with our services before the active work phase begins, a refund can be issued, minus the $150 consulting fee. This refund request must be made prior to the commencement of active work.

Requesting a Refund: If you believe you qualify for a refund according to the terms mentioned above, please follow these steps:

Email Notification: Send an email to BlackLifeATX@gmail.com with your refund request, stating the service you purchased and the reason for your request.
Timeframe: Refund requests for consulting services must be made before the active work begins with a standard time of within 7 days of paying for services. For all other services, please contact us immediately after making the payment.
Processing Time: Refund processing may take up to [processing time] from the date of your request approval.
